If you have a particular client that requires assistance in the preparation of plans for submission to local authority for planning permission and building regulations then we are able to provide the full service and take the hassle away from the client by acting as their agent. Following a survey of the existing property we are able to provide copies of plans within a 2-3 week period for approval by the client and then submission to the local authority.
